Home Care Services

 

Nursing Services

Our trained staff consists of RN's, LPN's, CNA I and CNA's II. Our staff provide nursing services, along with the physical such as proving treatment, diagnostic and preventative procedures.

Staff regularly assess client nursing needs, and initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures appropriate for the client's care and safety. Staff also provide teaching, and supervision for the client and family members about providing care for the client at home.

 

In-Home Aide Services

We provide assistance with the activities of daily living (ADL's), ambulation, transferring, toileting, and range of motion. In-Home Aides also perform incidental household services which are essential to the clients care at home such as: meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping. Our In-Home Aides Services are provided by highly trained CNA I, CNA II and PCA's.
